Bringing our summer season to a close, Complexions Contemporary Ballet is celebrated for its boundary-breaking style and dazzling athleticism, continually redefining contemporary ballet. Founded by visionaries Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, the company blends classical technique with contemporary, jazz, and modern influences to create bold, electrifying works.
This dynamic program ranges from Beethoven Concerto, danced to Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5, to the high-energy Love Rocks, powered by the music of Grammy winner Lenny Kravitz. The evening also features the Western debut of Imagine Joy, a vibrant new work commissioned by Aspen Santa Fe Ballet in 2025, an unforgettable showcase of the company’s signature brilliance.
