Blending local and global influences, the company reflects the vibrant diversity of its home city while continually pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance. This special legacy performance includes Schachmatt (Checkmate), where a giant chessboard becomes a theatrical playground. Choreographed by Cayetano Soto and inspired by the cinematic flair of Pedro Almodóvar and the jazz-infused style of Bob Fosse, the work blends sleek precision with playful theatricality.
