THE SCHOOL OF ASPEN SANTA FE BALLET

Aspen Santa Fe Ballet remains committed to its grassroots beginnings by maintaining the highest caliber dance education at home. With year-round classes in Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Santa Fe and Eldorado, The School of Aspen Santa Fe Ballet teaches over 400 students of all ages.  Offering a curriculum of ballet, jazz and modern dance, The School of Aspen Santa Fe Ballet provides quality training for the pre-professional student as well as the recreational dancer and has guided many young dancers into professional careers.  Students work in a supportive environment that fosters confidence and accomplishment as well as technique and artistry.  Students perform in an annual spring recital and alongside ASFB’s professional dancers in The Nutcracker.  To ensure that every child is given the opportunity to dance, ASFB awards over $30,000 in need-based scholarships each year.
